Dear sirs,
I would like to thank you for the wonderful job you did at custom-carving the mythical 'behelit' from the Japanese manga\anime Berserk. It is exactly what I was after and I look forward to seeing it age and mature over the coming years.
I have not had a chance to smoke it yet, though I am planning a puff tonight. As a matter of fact, I have never yet smoked on a meer pipe- I look forward to my Altinok being my first and favoured pipe.

| Sinan, your pipes are wonderful, delivery was prompt and the packaging is pro. For 2 days I smoked it so many times with my home made tobacco blend and believe it or not, the meer has already started to darken. My best regards to you and to your artist carver Izzet Kirkaya. |

| I belong to the North American Society of Pipe collectors and they had an article in their news letter written by Fred Bass about the Queen of Pipes-Meerschaum. He suggested a top quality block to start with. I thought I would try your line of pipes. I bought one and the quality and workmanship are outstanding. I like the one I bought so well, I ordered another one. I have been smoking a pipe for 49 years. The quality of the smoke is great. |

| I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for a beautiful pipe that will be cherished for a long long time. Your well designed web site made ordering a breeze, and the fast delivery (6 days) from ordering till smoking will keep me coming back for more. There are 3 pipe smokers in my immediate family and I will be ordering for them soon. However I want them to be slightly jealous for awhile. My Churchwarden is exactly what I desired. It smokes very cool and handles perfectly. Very smooth in hand and the weight is very good. I am impressed with the carving and want to sing praises to you and your carvers. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience. Customer satisfaction is getting very hard to come by, but you take it to a high level. Again, Thank You is not enough. |

| Mr. Altinok I ordered another pipe from you. This will be my second pipe I order from Altinok Pipes (certainly not the last). I want to apologize for not responding with any comments when I recieved my first pipe, but rest assured it arrived safely and in perfect condition. My first pipe from Altinok Pipes is already fully colored in a beautiful dark amber-brown color. I just want you to know that the reason I'm ordering from you again is not just because of the quality of your pipes. It is your sincerity that impacted me more than your pipes. I remember when I first ordered my pipe and I was having difficulty placing my order and you helped me complete it over the live chat. Although the dialogue between us was brief and through text, I somehow felt your sincerity through your words. Never lose that very human aspect of yourself. It's true I could choose to purchase another pipe from somewhere else. However, I choose to purchase from Altinok Pipes, not because of your high quality pipes, but because of your high quality service. Even now as I smoke from the first pipe I purchased from you I think of our encounter, of how a man living in Turkey communicated with me on the opposite side of the world. You seemed very humble, yet proud and I respect that very much. I know the second pipe I recieve from you will be high quality. I know this simply, because it is from Altinok Pipes.
